in Spain. Her multicultural roots and passion for art, philosophy, and
expression shape the soul of every garment.

Naithos operates legally under the autónomo regime in Spain, a recognized and
regulated structure for self-employed professionals. All operations comply with Spanish consumer
protection laws.

Every
item is made to order in Spain. We work with local artisans and ateliers to
ensure slow, ethical production and high-quality craftsmanship.

As each piece is crafted individually for the customer, production takes approximately
14–21 calendar days before shipping.

According
to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish consumer protection
law), returns are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items. However,
if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement,
repair, or refund as legally required.

All
products carry a 2-year legal warranty under Spanish law. If your item is
defective or develops a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and
we will ensure a proper solution.
